Healthy Baked Paneer (cottage cheese) Poori

Servings: 4

Ingredients

Grated Paneer (Cottage Cheese): 1 Cup
Whole Wheat Flour: 1 Cup
Salted Butter: 75 Grams
Baking Powder: 1/4 tspn
Chilly Flakes: 1 Tbspn
Oregano: 1 Tbspn
Punjabi Tikka Masala: 1 tspn
Milk if required for dough
Salt to taste
Cheesy Dip to serve with.

Method

Greece the baking tray with butter(brush). Pre heat the oven at 180 degrees. 

In a mixing bowl, Take grated paneer and Butter and mix them till smooth.

In another bowl, sieve well the whole wheat flour and baking powder together. 

Add this dry mixture of flour and baking powder to the mixture of Paneer and butter.

Mix it well. Kneed the dough tightly. Use milk if required.

Roll a big paratha from the dough and cut pooris with a cookie cutter.

Prick them all with the fork to avoid them to puffed up.

Bake the same at 180 degree for 15-16 minutes.

Let them cool down to the room temperature.

Serve it with any Cheesy dip.

Also it goes well with Tea or Coffee.

HungCurd Collonji Savoury Cookies



Preparation Time: 30 Minutes

Ingrediants

Hung Curd 250 Grams
Gram flour: 50 Grams
Rice flour: 50 Grams
Salt to taste
Freshly crushed black pepper: 1 tspn
Fresh Oregano: 1 Tbspn
Baking powder: 1 tspn
Tikka Masala: 1 Tbspn
Red Chilly Flakes: 1 Tbspn
Collonji(Onion seeds): 1 Tbspn
Ghee: 1 tspn

Method

Take hung curd in a bowl.

Add gram flour and rice flour and baking powder to it and mix them well.

Season it with salt, freshly crushed black pepper, oregano, red chilly flakes and tikka masala and again mix it well. prepare a dough.

Make 10 equal portions from the dough.

Take one baking tray and brush it with Ghee and arrange all small cookie balls on it keeping some distance. Sprinkle some onion seeds on the top of each cookies.

In a preheated oven (Microwave on Conventional mode), bake it for 20 - 25 minutes on 200 degree.

Let it cool at room temprature.


Savoury Cookies are ready to grab !!!

Multi grain Oats and Raisin Cookies

Ingredients


Multi grain Oats: 1.5 Cup
All purpose Flour: 1/2 cup
Powdered Sugar: 3/4 Cup
Baking Powder: 2 tspn
Unsalted butter: 1/2 Cup
Raisins: 1/4 Cup
Vanilla extract: 1 tspn


Method


In a mixing bowl, add butter and powdered sugar and mix well until it change the color and gets light.

Add vanilla extract to it and beat well.

In another mixing bowl, mix all dry ingredients.

Add these dry ingredients to the butter and sugar mixture.

Make a dough. 

Make equal size cookie ball from it and put it on a greased  baking tray.

Put the tray in a preheated microwave for 15 minutes in 180 centigrade on convection mode.

After 15 minutes, remove the tray from microwave and keep aside for 10 minutes.

Its ready to serve.

Nankhatai

Nankhatai



Preparation time: 5 Minutes.
Cooking time: 30 Minutes.

Ingredients

All purpose flour ( Maida ): 1 Cup
Gram Flour: 3/4 Cup
Semolina: 1/4 Cup
Ghee: 1 Cup
Powdered Sugar: 1 Cup
Baking Powder: 1 tspn

Method

In a mixing bowl take ghee and powdered sugar and beat well till it gets smooth and light in color.

In another bowl mix all dry ingredients (maida, gram flour, semolina and baking powder).

Add this dry mixture into sugar and Ghee mixture. Mix well and kneed like a dough. 

Now make small equal balls.

Grease the baking plate with Ghee. Put all the  balls  and give rest  for 10 minutes. During this time preheat the microwave on convection mode on 200 degree. 

Put this into preheated microwave on 180 degree for 15 minutes.

Let it rest for 2 minutes.

Ready to serve!!!
